While viewing your account activity in Account Access, simply click on the "Online Statement" button; read the online statement agreement and click on "I Agree."

24-Hour Telephone Banking

You can obtain information about your accounts at Bank of Botetourt twenty-four hours a day using our automated phone banking system. Dial 473-BANK (2265) locally or toll free 866-830-2265. Effective January 3, 2011, our 24-Hour Telephone Banking menu option will change. Whether you have used 24-Hour Telephone Banking in the past or you are a first time user, you will need to follow specific instructions for logging in and setting up your new customer security code on or after January 3rd. Click the link below for all the details. Image Statements

Image statements are printed "pictures" of your cancelled checks that can be included with your monthly statement.* Check imaging technology allows you to reconcile your account with checks in sequential order while making record-keeping and retention easier. Printed check images are available for certain types of accounts.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit allows you to have your entire paycheck or other recurring check (such as Social Security) to be deposited directly into your Bank of Botetourt account. Contact your HR or payroll department today to set up Direct Deposit. Print the Direct Deposit Authorization Form to bring to your HR/payroll department. Bank of Botetourt can help you sign up for direct deposit if you are a recipient of a federal government payment.

Overdraft Solutions

Overdraft Protection

Eliminate the possibility of overdrafts. Sign up for VISA® overdraft protection with a Bank of Botetourt credit card or link your checking account to another deposit account for protection.

Courtesy Coverage

We extend our Courtesy Coverage automatically to eligible accounts. With Courtesy Coverage, we strive to pay your overdrawn items and charge our standard NSF/OD fee of up to $35.00 for each item overdrawn. This program is a discretionary courtesy and may be withdrawn at any time. Our payment of your NSF item is NOT guaranteed. For additional information, please refer to the Consumer Overdraft Services Q and A - Disclosure or call your local branch.

Courtesy Coverage Plus

If you would like coverage for ATM and/or debit card transactions from Courtesy Coverage Plus, please see our Courtesy Coverage Plus Q and A Disclosure for more information and please print the ATM Debit Card Consent Form and return it to your local branch.
