This selection will take you through a series of questions that you selected and answered when you signed up for online banking. Successfully answering these questions will allow you to reset your password immediately. * Please note the answers to the security questions are case sensitive. You must enter the answers exactly as you did when you signed up for online banking.

A: Enhanced Login Security is an online security feature that helps provide online banking users with additional protection from fraud and identity theft. Enhanced Login Security allows us to identify you as the account owner by recognizing your computer along with your personal login information. At the very least, we ask you to select three questions and supply the answers (for instance, "Where were you born?").
Q: How does Enhanced Login Security work?
A: Enhanced Login Security can work two different ways depending upon the option you decide is right for you and your account.
Option 1: When you complete your online registration form, you are asked to answer three security questions. You have the option to enter the answers to those questions at every login, in addition to entering your User ID and password.
Option 2: When you log in to your account for the first time, you'll be prompted to answer your personal security questions. At this time, you can also add extra security to your computer. This allows us to recognize your computer and your regular login information.
